Shipping & Delivery

We are based in Ibadan, Oyo State, and deliver to customers across Nigeria.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee depends on the state you are in. It is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises. For very large or bulky orders we may contact you to confirm the fee.

Delivery times

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Deliveries within Ibadan are usually faster than deliveries to other states. We will share an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order. Public holidays and courier delays can add time.

Pickup

You can also choose to pick up your order. We will send you the pickup location and time once your order is ready. Please bring your order number.

Payment

All orders are paid online through Paystack before dispatch. We do not offer pay on delivery.

Receiving your order

Please check your items when they arrive. If anything is damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours. See Returns & Refunds.
