We ship both nationwide and internationally across Nigeria and Overseas.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and order size, this is always communicated before sending.
  • Orders are securely packaged to protect products during transit.

Returns & Refunds

Due to nature of herbal, health and personal care products we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • Your order arrived damaged/the item is defective upon delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds or replacement will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds, where applicable will be made using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non refundable unless the error was caused by Leyi Herbs Market.
