  • Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
  • Payment details: payments are handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation that you paid, but we never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical data: basic information such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, reply to your messages, send order updates, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We rely on the contract between us (to fulfil your order), our legitimate interest (to run and protect our shop), your consent (for marketing, if you opt in) and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Only with service providers who help us run the shop, such as Paystack (payments), delivery partners (to deliver your order), and our email and hosting providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. Other data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.
